Sauna's etc., warm you up too much. The fetus gets too hot, and has problems.
I don't remember the exact problem, but I think it can be birth defects (don't
quote me on that).
Before you go, it will be about 2 weeks after you ovulated. So, a home
pregnancy test might be accurate by then. They're getting more sensitive now,
to be able to detect it sooner than they used to.
