Wow! You've got a lot going on!!
If it was me in your position, I'd take a few months off TTC until work
gets more settled and you have really figured out the best PCOS
treatment for your body and how to get THAT all under control. I know
that's sooo hard (we've also been TTC for 2+ years now) but you might be
more at ease with everything and more able to cope with everything that
way!
Are you seeing an endocrinologist for your PCOS? You might want to
consider a Reproductive Endocrinologist to help you both manage your
PCOS and conceive.
You might also want to consider raising your Metformin dosage (unless
you're already at 2550mg) to see if you get any better results with
that. We women are all so different, and for many of us the dose just
needs to be a bit higher before we start seeing what we want.
Best of luck to you! If you feel like you need a break, you probably
need a break! Talk to your fertility doctor about what your options are
and mention that you want a few months off. (If that's what you
decide.)
