Thanks for the response. I'm on 500 mg of met 3x a day -- I was on the met and the pill together for several months and when I went off the pill, I immediately gained 5 lbs and the hair loss started. Now I'm up another five and trying to lose the weight--I'm thinking that maybe the weight gain has messed up my periods even more. So, after a year of dieting and finally losing 20 pounds, I'm up 10 in 3 months! I wonder if there are any herbs that counteract the hair loss?
