Belle-
is mcg the same as mg? I know you've discussed different types of
Chromuim in the past...wondering if this one is the best to use or if
it's chrom. picolinate or something else instead? I probably have about
50-60 around my neck, 1 under my arm, 1 under my eye and 1 lower than my
breast.
