I have heard someone here describe skin tags as looking like little Rice Krispies on your skin! (If that's true, it explains the thing I always thought was a weird shaped wart I have - which would make sense!)

At the same time, I have seen sites online refer to them sort of how you did, little raised bits of skin that resemble blisters.

Either way, the other things I know about them are: they're supposed to be a pretty good indicator of insulin resistance, you can have a doctor remove them relatively cheaply, or you can do it yourself but they bleed.
