1. Most women indeed do have in those areas. Some more than others as with any body hair. I think some are having problems with a LOT of hair in those areas.

2. You should NOT be on Spiro if you are trying to get pregnant. It can have feminizing effects on a male fetus' sex organs. I believe some women do stay on Met for part of their pregnancy. Not all Doctors recommend this though so it's best to discuss it with yours ahead of time.
