The flashing/blinking part definitely sounds like classic migraine
symptoms, which can in fact be related to PCOS & IR... however, at the
risk of raising fears unnecessarily... uncontrolled blood sugars can
lead to visual deterioration. You said your eyes changed again
recently... was it a major change? This might be something to look
into. Generally, it is uncontrolled full blown diabetes that leads to
this... but certainly it is still something to keep in mind with PCOS &
IR, I would think...
