I have PCOS and am insulin resistant...Am I the only one out here who experiences crazy symptoms?? I have bouts of diahheria, recurrent yeast infections, and anxiety attacks...along with the other pleasures of having PCOS...facial/chest/body hair...baldy pattern(I have thick hair but my hairline is decreasing terribly..)stomach weight...I am 4'11 and 165 LBs......My insulin level(which was not frozen nor did I load up on carbs a couple days before...)was 14..glucose was normal..Gyn said my testosterone levels were triple his....staring to get worried maybe it is something else that is affecting my health...I also have night sweats....not drenching but I wake up damp....Can anyone please offer some words of advice to me...I feel like I am going nutts.. **I also went through puberty very young..around 5 or 6 yrs old...I had underarm and pubic hair and all sorts of things... Also I cannot find a Dr to prescribe any Metformin..my Gyn said my level would ahve to be over 50 before I could go on Metformin...All that I have read states anything over 10 is considered high...I am on 10 mg of Paxil and Lo/Ovral28 Bcp...Please help!! thanks
