Some of you might get a laugh at this... I live with my bf and two (male) friends of ours. A few nights ago, one of those friends started talking about how he has this weird disease doctors can't even name which is causing him to go bald at the age of 21. (He's had it for a while, I guess it's getting worse, but you can't really tell unless his hair falls a certain way... it's not normal male pattern baldness, it's working its way up from the back to the front.) He said there's really nothing he can do about it except that once it gets too bad, he'll just start to shave his head and wear hats. Funny thing is, as he was talking about this, I was doing the obsessive PCOS chin rub... YOU know what I mean. I almost blurted out how funny that is, he is losing his hair and I am growing hair where I shouldn't be, and here we live in the same house so we balance each other out! But of course I didn't have the nerve to say so... my bf knows about the chin hair of course but our friends, i think, do not. What an ironic situation... - jodi
