It really varies person to person. Some can tolerate that much, others can only tolerate a fraction of that. And, there are people in-between. Personally, I have to do extremely low-carb. I don't count it, but I'm sure it's less than 25, possible less than 15, carb grams per day. Any more, and I have a severe problem with my symptoms.

Try eating different levels of carbs, and see how your body responds. If you really pay attention, your body will tell you what to eat. But, give yourself 2 weeks or so on each level. If I have too many carbs for even a single day, it can take me several days of tight control to get back to normal.
