She has seen a number of specialists but not in the last 3 years. I believe that she was told that her PCOS was stable and to regulate using the pill, and to come back and see them again when she wanted babies.

I'm not convinced that something hasn't changed. WHat's an Edo BTW - I'm in the UK and I dont recognise the abbreviation :-).

I know that she's feeling generally miserable, and she's started to be unhappy about her weight again (she keeps saying that if she starts dieting for the wedding now, we might be able to get married in a couple of years). She;s feeling very miserable, sensitive and changeable, laughing one minute and crying the next, wanting me close then pushing me away.

I do know that her PCOS was caught when she was very young, and that as a result the less pleasant symptoms of PCOS are minimised (i.e. she has no histuteness, and although she isn't a little girl, she doesn't really have a huge problem with her weight IMHO (in her opinion she does however).

Since I posted, she did say she would speak to her GP about how she is feeling when she goes to get her next prescription for the Pill, but that won't be for another few weeks.

Thanks for your help and advice :-)
