Contact you local PCOSA chapter (see
http://www.pcosupport.org/chapters/index.php for a list of local
support) and ask if their meetings normally involve significant others.
My chapter welcomes partners and we have at least one husband who
attends all meetings. It is possible that the ladies feel they need the
security of an all female group to discuss certain subjects but I would
think they would be the exception and not the rule. Give it a try!
