abdominal baggage is part of the joys of pcos. I have read so much on how to lose weight and deal with pcos and hypothyroidism..I have learned that any cabbage product including broccoli is horrible on metabolism. As potatoes, bread, rice and carrots, peas, corn and brussel sprouts. They all slow down the metabolic rate and have excess sugar and carbs. I also read about things that jump start the metabolism and give high energy such as red grapes(green ones are pure sugar) yoplait with strawberries. There is a complete website on how to eat to burn and it works great if you stick to it. --- anonymous <anonymous@obgyn.net> wrote: > Hi ..in the last year i have lost about 60 lbs. and
