I'm sure others will have insight as well, but I would suggest you get
your thyroid levels tested, ask for TSH, free T4 and free T3. Be aware
that lab ranges are basically wrong, your TSH should be between 1-2, t4
and t3 should be mid-range.
Fibro. can sometimes turn out to really be untreated or undertreated
thyroid disease.
Some of your symptoms sound PCOS, are you on anything for the insulin
resistance?
