Terri,

I'm new here but wanted to comment that sometime thyroid disease will cause anxiety or depression with anxiety. Treatment can help. It's often undermedicated and undertreated because what is thought to be a normal TSH level varies, the lab values are wide, but should really be between 1-2. It's something to look at esp. if you're having trouble with meds.
