Hi Becky, Alot of us with PCOS suffer with skin tags in all the areas you have described. I had over 50 of then removed this year at my dermatologist. Skin tags are a sign of insulin resistance and a prediabetic condition. Have you been checked for insulin resistance and or diabetes? Dona
