I'm not sure if you work outside the home, but if you do, it's a great idea to find someone at work to walk with at lunch, for half an hour or so. I do, and it's great. Having a buddy helps immensely, because then you will feel motivated to go, if just to be there for them. I keep an extra pair of walking shoes at work and a change of clothes (shorts and a big t-shirt), and we have a standing invitation to walk at 12:30 every day. The other thing is to find a form of exercise you like. If you enjoy it, you will be more likely to keep doing it. That may be swimming, using exercise machines, aerobics (you can rent or buy aerobics tapes and work out to them at home), or something totally different, like ballroom dancing or tai bo (sp?). Keep experimenting until you find one you like, and keep up with it. Maybe have a "pact" with someone to call them every day and tell them how long you worked out. Support so helps things like that! ((((hugs))),
