I just found a great article I wanted to pass along...if you are a research nerd like me you'll love it, if you hate technical language you'll hate it. But I think it is an amazing overview (with 126 references!) of PCOS, and traditional AND alternative treatments. I was particularly intrigued by a study on D-Chiro-Inositol. Anyone wishing to comment on the article feel free to e-mail (or post of course.) I'd love to hear input!
