Hi Terri-
I really feel your pain! Several months ago, I had some pretty bad
anxiety, and a lot of anger. (You know you have an anger problem when
you want to gather together and burn your husband's shoes in a giant
bonfire because you tripped over one...) The anxiety has now faded into
a fatigue in the last month or two. (I guess I finally wore myself
out!) Anyway, I have no helpful advice for you (what's new), I would
love to recommend diet and exercise, because I am sure it would probably
help, but I would be a total hypocrite, because I can't even put on my
tennis shoes without a struggle, much less make it around the block! I
just wanted to let you know you have support and understanding from
someone who knows how you feel!!
