Hi Joanne, PCO is just short for PCOS. No different as far as I know. Everyones systoms vary but are basically the same, no periods,only induced periods, infertility problems,weight problems, insulin resistant problems, insulin sensative,hair where we don't want it and a lot of it, and many others as well. We all try very hard to be supportive on these forums, and it's a nice place to retreat to when noone else seems to understand. It's a very hard thing to explain to someone,especially if your having a weight problem, because people can't believe that one has put on all the weight from some syndrome they've probably never even heard of. Keep yourself healthy, its crucial for a healthy long life later. Good luck Joanne
