Hi Sonnet and Jodi, Yes most all antibiotics usually make BCP less affective. If you don't want to get pregnant you may want to use condoms along with your pill.It's always better to be safe than sorry. I would go ahead and take a HPT before starting the next pack of pills..not all of us have false negatives...it usually depends on when you ovulated in your cycle. Dona
