Hey Jodi -
Don't know much about flagel itself and bcp's (although I was vaguely
under the impression that ALL antibiotics caused bcp problems, but then
again I could well be wrong!)
If you have already missed a period, then an hpt *should* be accurate.
Often women find accurate tests even 10 days or so post ovulation. I
would take an hpt to rule that out.
That being said, I also missed quite a few periods when I was on the
pill, for no apparent reason other than my body just likes being
abnormal.
