hello there! Yep, it does sound like you have pcos symptoms. there are other things, i believe, that can cause some of the things you mentioned (fatigue, etc) but along with the period problems you'd mentioned, i'd say pcos is something for you to investigate further. hair loss and acne (if that's what you meant by spots) can be caused by the imbalance of hormones-unopposed estrogen (too little progesterone) and excess androgen production-again, i am just trying to give you something to look into. welcome, by the way :) just a thought, but for some of us, what may have been latent in us (pcos symptoms) seems to be brought out more intensely by stress--and from what i've seen here, the early to mid twenties is when the symptoms become worse for those of us who didn't have many in our teens. i have no idea of what kind of help you can get in japan, but are there 'natural' alternatives that may be more readily available over there? u might try more than one practitioner. i think most of us have had to do that! i know there is an alternative med pcos forum somewhere, i can't remember the name. but that may be something to look for=---since you said that you don't do well with synth meds. i do hope it works out well for you at work, and do not give up, there is help to be had--even tho we have to really look for it! good luck :) probably someone else on this board will hve more detailed info on what sources to look for... >Hello
