Hi Paula, I don't have endo but had all the troubles conceiving before my pcos diagnosis last year. The first pregnancy was almost 8 yrs ago, taking clomid. The second pregnancy was almost 3 yrs ago, I didn't take clomid because the prior year before that, it didn't work. Sooo, I became pregnant without having a period for about 6 months, slipping in ovulation and nailing right on! lol I kept going to my primary dr with "flu" symptoms and this dear, sweet on call dr, discussed pcos with me because of all the typical symptoms... infertility, balding, weight problem, lack of periods, etc. etc. After the third visit to him, we decided to do a pregnancy test because the one I took at home in the beginning of all this was negative. I barely made it home after that appt and he called me to tell me that in fact I was pregnant!! I had all the classic pregnancy symptoms, horrible breast pain, stomach pain/nausea, but didn't think anything of it because I was pretty much told the year before not to count on getting pregnant(before pcos diagnosis. I know how difficult it is to get referrals, but you might want to at least give your primary dr a try, to get a referral...or get a home pregnancy test just to rule that out, or just go to the dr so your insurance will pay for the test(we know how $$ those home tests are!) I know how heart wrenching the results can be, but don't forget your health and that you need to make sure that nothing more serious is going on. Take care of yourself!!
