Anon,

yes, i do...all three. i would say if the eyebrows and pimply things are related to PCOS it would be because of excess testosterone. i also have smallish breasts given my size. although since i am adopted, that could be genetic with me anyway, but breast growth is also regulated by estrogen production, so if size is related to PCOS it might be that we had a lack of estrogen during puberty. i have noticed that when i take estrogen for any reason my breasts do indeed get somewhat larger. when i was on estrogen treatment a few years ago i went up an entire cup size (not that i recommend that to anyway, adding more hormones for no good reason to a PCOS body, is not a good idea)
