I have heard that breast atrophy is a symptom of hyperandrogynism (sp?), which is one of the aspects of PCOS. My breasts are definitely smaller than my mother's were, and smaller than my paternal grandmother's (my maternal grandmother died when I was very young, so I don't remember what she was like). Also, they are not nicely rounded like most women's in the movies --- they're more pointy, like they haven't finished growing or something.
