Im going to go to the naturopath as well as make an appointment with my Dr. and discuss the meds you are on. Right now I take Amerge which restricts the blood vessels in the head, but I have to take it as soon as I have a light headache and it makes me very drowsy - but it does reduce the pain. It is also very $$$ - 125 dollars (CDN) for 6 tablets. Thanks for your advice, I'd be willing to hear about other medicines that have helped people. You see, i am going to be getting married in May 2002 and I dont want to go off the BCP for a number of reasons. I have a wonderful, supportive MD, so she will be open to suggestions. THanks again.
