Hi LeLe,

Definitely change doctors if you can! Any doctor that refuses to treat you because of your weight is a fatphobic, irresponsible idiot. There are plenty of us who have weight problems, and have heard the same song and dance from a string of doctors, but the lucky ones have found a doctor that will look past the weight and try to get to the root of the problem.
