Re: PCOS without ovaries

Since I am new to PCOS and about to be tested for a diagnosis of it, I have been reading every article and source I can come across. I remember a site that mentions why removing the ovaries will not eliminate the problem. Basically it says that the ovaries are affected as a result of the PCOS, but are not the source of the problem. Here's a link to the FAQ page where I read that article. It is listed under the section about treating PCOS when not TTC. Hope that helps.
