I too have suffered from insomnia for the last several years, and was recently diagnosed with PCOS. I wasn't sure if it had anything to do with PCOS or not, but I guess it does. It's nice to not be the only one. I've heard that drinking warm milk (yuk!) or taking a tablespoon of honey before going to sleep helps you get a good night's rest. Also, valerian root and chamomile.
