The only thing I can suggest is making sure you only shave in the direction of hair growth (which I'm sure you know already) and then apply one of those Bikini area soother creams/gels that you can get in the health and beauty section. I use Sally Hansen Bikini Plus Antibacterial Pain Relief Gel, but I've heard that Bikini Zone by CCA (I think?) works well too. I know these are for the bikini area, but they may work on your chest too. Just a thought.

Sorry to hear you are having such a tough time with this; hope one day soon it gets easier for you.. Are you taking meds for your hair problem?
