I don't really know much about Sugarbusters... but I have had great luck so far with a book called "The Insulin-Resistance Diet: How to Turn Off Your Body's Fat-Making Machine". I have lost 30 pounds since 8/16. I also went on gluc at the same time. This diet is different from any other I have been on because it allows you to eat Carbs. That's a life saver for me... I have too much trouble sticking to a diet without carbs. Anyway... you can find info on the book at Amazon.com if you want to look into it. Andrea
