Hi! Has anyone hear heard of the Sugar Busters diet? I have been on it for 3 months and have lost 18 lbs. I have alot of weight to lose. Others have lost faster, but I am very pleased with it. It is a low-glycemic way of eating that is beneficial since alot of women have too much insulin with PCOS. If anyone would like to check it out--go to http://www.sugarbusters.com. There is a message board also. I am new here and trying to find out if I have PCOS for sure. I have tried just about every diet there is and this one seems to make alot of improvements for me--eat good food without measuring, more energy, clearer thinking, and I have lost alot of inches. Hope this helps someone.
