I am so frustrated and concerned I just don't know what to do. I think that I possibly could have PCOS but I'm not sure. I've never, ever had regular periods (I'll go for months at a time without menstruating), and the rare times that I do I usually end up bleeding for 2-4 weeks. Over the last few years I have gained almost 100 pounds for no apparent reason, and losing the weight seems impossible no matter what I do. But perhaps the most depressing and scary thing is the hair issue - within the last couple of years the hair on the top of my head has gotten thinner and thinner and thinner to the point where my scalp is easily visible, and the hair on my lip and my chin grows like crazy. I've also noticed over the last few months that I've developed a lot of skin tags on the side of my neck. Can anyone give me any advice on what I should do? Thanks.
