Glad to hear that you are changing physicians. I had the same problem with my previous Endo. He didn't want to do a fastimg insulin, etc. I switched to someone new and she is wonderful...very up to date on PCOS. She's excellent. I hate when a doctor doesn't admit that he/she doesn't specialize in a certain area...sending your somewhere else. I don't expect EVERY doctor to ALWAYS know EVERYTHING. What I do expect is for he/she to be professional enough to admit it, though. Let us know what happens at your next appt.
