Hi Ladies- For years I have had what could be described as "brain fog"...inability to concentrate, can't get tasks completed, drifting off, zoning out, etc. I have been diagnosed with ADD. Ritalin does help, but I have been searching through old posts, and have found a few that suggest insulin resistance can cause these symptoms. Has anyone found this to be true?
