Dear Missie, I started my first round of clomid in June and it gave me hot flushes, extreme mod swings and pain. In July I did not take it cause hubby was going to be away for 9 days in the middle of my cycle. He ended up not going away and now I am just over 7 weeks pregnant :). You have done so well in losing a hug amount of weight and low carbing, it may be possible, especially since your periods have now become like clockwork, that you will fall pregnant without clomid. Good luck! Emma
