Unfortunately, that seems to be a side effect that many of us have experienced. What I can tell you is that my nausea seemed to go away during the use of the meds. Another thing is to be usre you eat a meal with the Met. Twice I took it on a "snack" and almost went through the roof with stomach cramps. It was horrible. Now, I am sure to eat enough with each pill. I experience the nausea occasionally. I'm sure you will start to feel better once you're body gets used to the Met. I certainly have my moments, though, that's for sure. It's much better that you are working your way up to the higher dosage instead of starting high right away. Feel better!
