I have been on met since january 01, and my sugar cravings have yet to go away. my chronic and current weakness is gummi worms... just last night i ate a rather appalling amount of them. :-( of course it's hard to say HOW appalling since my housemates were digging into the bag as well... maybe gummi worms are universally addictive. :-)

i never had the sleepiness problem, excepting weeks before my period (when they are real periods not pill-induced bleeds) when i soak up sleep like it's going out of fashion. so i can't comment on whether or not met will help with that.
