Hi Renee, And thanks for responding. Actually, I've had 2 consults with a dietician/nutritionist. Because I'm a Military Wife, my ins. pays for almost everything---however, it really does suck. The 2 consults that I've had, they were totally stumped--because I was already following a diet that they were going to suggest. They simply sent me home and shook their heads is dismay. Despite popular belief, I really do NOT eat "bad" foods or pig constantly. No matter what I try, I can't lose this weight. I'm really at my wits end because this stupid HMO ins. is a laughing matter. These Dr's here are all idiots basically--except for a mere few. I'm sorry to say that, but it really is the truth. Like I said before, I just CAN'T bring myself to eat more than 1800 calories a day. Heck, I can only eat that 1800 if I'm REALLY trying! I'm scared of food because I'm so fat. I don't want to get bigger!! But I do anyway! >:( It's really making me upset. I'm starting to not fit into the 30/32
clothes anymore too! Gosh! What am I supposed to do?? I'm so sorry for venting, but I just have no idea what other options I have! Thanks for trying though! :) --Zowie
