Hi Holly,

I'm on 2000 mg glucophage and 45 mg of actos and doing well. I've also lost about 30 lbs and am now back to my original pre-PCOS weight. I haven't gained anything back since adding the actos. However, I'm still not having a period or ovulating, so my doc is testing me for ovarian antibodies to check to see if I'm actually in premature ovarian failure. I'm hoping that's not the case, but she's concerned that all of my other symptoms have improved since the meds and this hasn't. Anyway, other than that, my testosterone, lipids, hair growth, etc. have all improved by being on both meds. I had started just on glucophage and kind of stalled out and so my doc added actos and I kept improving.
