Hi Sam,

No I do not mind at all if you want to email me on my email,,,,privately the addres is persian_n@hotmail.com, As I said if I can help you with my experiences I will,

Well plain yogurt is alright but remember the carb count on the container is per 100 grams and a small tub of yogurt is 200 grams so youcan imagine how much carbs you are taking in..... which I would say your whole tub could have been about 30-50 grams of carbs if not more (could have been less) and that has already taken you over the top

as I said I cut down on my water in take and now dring the diet coke I told you about (must be caffiene free, caffiene forces your body to produce insulin and because we are insulin resistant wher do youthink it goes to ,,,,, it turns to fat)

Lets annalise what you have here:

Yogurt 1cupfruit flavoured: 42.30g carbs (low fat) Itallian dressing (if you only have 1 tee spook 1.5g carb lettus 1 cup shreded 2.8grams 1/2 cup of onions 6.9 grams and one pickel is 11.1 grams

so the salad plus the yogurt you already had 64.6grams (that is if you only had one cup of yogurt

your salad alone is 22.3 grams and that is if you used these amounts and not more and your cheese is low carb, remember I am not trying to make you feel bad i want you to see what I mean,

you can have your salad how about 1 cup of lettuce , leave the onions out, chop some low carb cheese and chop two hard boiled eggs. add some hame or cooked meat (all low fat) and that should give you a good salad add the dressing and you will still have carbs left over for the rest of the day,

it will be difficult to start with your body will go through so many changes the first couple of days you will crave but try not to give in.

I can says that when I started Met I had no side effects but it turned out I was not eating Low carb so the met did not effect me, and I thought I was the lucky one, now that I am on the low carb induction ( 20grams a day) I do have tne side effects but atleast I know it is working now

I leave the sanck sometimes and even if I am not hungry I eat a little just enough to let my body know there is a regular meal, if you do not eat at least three meals aday your body holds onto everything because it thinks there is nothing more coming... so try even if its a piece of low carb cheese and some shredded lettuce if you want greens but try Try eat samller portions.

remember you can eat as much meat as you want it is zero carbs, there are days that I just look at meat and think I cant do this but then I look at the scale and bam the scale is lower than the day before,,, it is worth it, if youget tired of meat change to tuna or other fish,

I am sure if you do this right it will work for you, before this diet I used to starve myself and my weight would increase and not go down so If I can do it so can you,,,,, I am here if you need me

Kindest regards Nikki
