-- Beth, I was diagnosed with PCO when I was 16 or so. I am now 34. I have seen lots of Docters and been treated by some. Right now I have a good obgyn. Because I do have sparatic periods, she has perscribed projesterone to force a bleed every 2 months. She said this will take care of the build up. This was the first Doc in all that time to give me an answer other than birth control - which is conterproductive when wanting to leave yourself open for Gods mericals. Anyway you might ask your ob if this is an option. Stephanie
