Yes I havent been in the ER since 1998 for asthma. I found out I was allergic to potatoes, eggs, milk, certain cheeses, radishes, fish and other foods. My diet is very rigid to keep asthma undercontrol. Thanks. I think anyone else with asthma should do this. It saved my life I think.
