Re: 15 yr daughter has PCOSFrom: Molly (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sat, 11 Aug 2001 22:11:31 -0700
Hi Kris, my 18 year old has PCOS. She is doing very well after a few tough years getting a diagnosis. Your daughter should see a reproductive endo. Encourage her to visit pcoteen.org. and pcosupport.org. The PCOSA group has helped us so much. Please email me privately if you wish at mollys@home.com. There are many treatments to help manage PCOS. I believe early intervention is the key. Take care! I had that growing up . What is the good treatment and diet to be on . And should she see a specialist in hormones?? Thanks for you advice. Kris
