I, too, have had this pain before. I was told it was from the pressure of the cysts. The pain is INTERNAL, right? It's not always bad, but it can be excruciating at times. I have spoken with Dr's about it before and always get the same REASON (the cysts), but never any "treatment" options. Guess it's something we just have to accept, but yes, it is common with PCOS due to the cysts that many of us have. --Zowie :)
