Yes, I've tried changing what I eat. The reason I mentioned the cereal specifically is that it was a symptom of these mood swings. I've noticed that since I've become depressed and irritable -- since I started the Metformin -- I've found it much harder to stick to my low-carb diet and much harder to exercise self control on all fronts. All I want to do some days is curl up in bed with my Cheetoes and chocolate bars and cry, and I've never felt this way before, or at least not to the point where I actually do it. How do I stop this cycle?
