I know you can get Dr. Thatcher's book on amazon.com (I have it on my wish list, waiting for my next paycheck). I also got "Living with PCOS" by Angela Bass (I think that is the last name) on Amazon. I got it 2 days after I ordered it, and I can't put it down, it is my new bible. lol When I went on Amazon I just did a search for "PCOS" and a whole bunch of books came up.
