HI thanks for answering. Actually 280 is my goal weight, thats how
messed up my metabolism is, However I know how hard it is to lose. I
hit plateaus some very long lasting myself. In your case I would set a
goal maybe of being 200lbs or so that would take some of the pressure
off. Some of us with truly hard weight issues and endocrine issues
sometimes do better if we know just becoming smaller is our main goal
for now. Maybe we can continue but it does help the pressure. I will
look into the thyroid books. With the latest increase I dont get those
weird cold spells I used to get thank goodness! Thanks for your
suggestions about Synthroid. Anyhow they are debating whether the doses
are accurate, Ive wondered myself? Maybe it is time for a switch. Ill
ask my doctor. Thanks Donna. Yes I can write you about being weight
loss buddies. It seems I have to eat so weirdly to keep from gaining
weight. maybe I need more tips.
