Hi Jen, I too get really bad pelvic pain--I don't know that I would call them cramps, because, at least for me, cramps seem to cover most of my uteran area, whereas this pain is very localized around my ovaries. It can be debilitating at times. My doc is going to do a laproscopic surgery to see if I have endometriosis. Last Night, Shelly posted that she has found that a Rx called Neurontin has helped her (BTW Thanks Shelly). So I am going to ask my doc about that. I empathize with your pain!
